A 7-day launch plan for a new service offer
By Bundly · Published 2026-10-21
You can launch a service offer in seven days by giving each day one job, one action and one signal that it is done: write the promise, check it with three people, fix the page, tell your warm contacts, post once, follow up, and review. The point is to get real replies, not a perfect launch.
The short version
- Give every day one job and a clear done signal.
- Start with people who already know you, not a public announcement.
- End the week by writing down what the replies told you.
What does a 7-day launch need before day one?
You need an offer written down: who it is for, the result, the time frame and the price. If you do not have that, start with how to write a service offer and come back. You also need a place a buyer can act, which can be as simple as a page with a booking link or your email address.
Block thirty to sixty minutes a day. This plan is small on purpose.
Day 1 and 2: what do you write and check?
Day 1: write the one-sentence promise and a short description of the offer. Done when you can say it out loud without reading it.
Day 2: send the promise to three people who fit your buyer, or who know people who do, and ask one question: “What would you want to know before saying yes?” Done when you have three written answers, even if one is “nothing.”
Day 3 and 4: what do you fix and send?
Day 3: change the offer page or document using what you heard, and answer the questions people asked in the text itself. Done when the page answers every question from day 2.
Day 4: write to your warm contacts: past clients, colleagues, people who have asked about this before. Send each a short, personal message with the promise and one clear next step. Do not send a blast. Done when you have sent the messages, not when you have replies.
Day 5 and 6: what do you post and follow up on?
Day 5: post once where your buyers already are, with the same promise in plain words and a link. One honest post beats a series you cannot sustain. Done when it is live.
Day 6: follow up with everyone who replied, and with the people who opened the conversation but went quiet. Offer a call. Done when every reply has an answer.
Day 7: how do you review the week?
Count what happened without judging it: messages sent, replies, calls booked, objections heard. Write down the three objections you heard most, and one change to the offer or the price story for next week.
A week with replies but no sales is useful. It tells you which line of the offer to change. A week with no replies tells you the promise or the audience needs work before you spend on anything bigger.
Can a tool plan this for you?
Bundly’s Offer Playbook includes a 7-day launch plan alongside the offer promise, emails and ad hooks, with what to send, post and ask each day and a done signal for each. It is built from your own site’s facts and nothing is sent or published for you: you review every line and you press every button.
If you would rather work from a blank page, the week above is enough on its own.
